Now at a slightly later time, and a slightly shorter class - Monday morning kundalini yoga!
75 minutes for you to connect with you. This is you time, self-care. Find your flow before the pressures of the day begin. We will be working to boost immunity, strengthen your nervous system and balance your glands, reduce stress, and improve your mood.
You will need a yoga mat or towel, a blanket, glass of water, and any support items like cushions or blocks.
